Message	Kevin flyed in yesterday morning and tuned my car. The car was insane. We did 145mph in a matter of seconds. He adjusted my idle and leaned out the fuel curve. Everything was perfect. Next day, I give my two friends a ride at 20psi. And I start hearing a loud ticking noise from the top of the motor. I later find out that the external fuel pump stopped working!!! I probably have to redo the valves or the lifters because the top of the engine has a lound knocking noise but the car doesn't smoke at all. Didn't even bother checking the plugs because I am shipping the car to PrimeSpeed. Talked to couple of local guys with Stangs and they said its not the first time an external Paxton fuel pump has failed on them. Guess I will have to wait and see if I had any bottom end damage. Oh well, I can't blame anyone except for Paxton but they will never pay me a penny. I was expecting to run high 11's with my setup but when Kevin tuned it and before the fuel pump problem, the car KICKED ASS. Kevin was freaking out. I expect much better times when I fix the top of the motor.
